FEE STRUCTURE & MINIMUMS (USD):

• Corporate: Fee structure is tailored specifically to the projects complexity and financing requirements.

Minimum Financing Amount Per transaction:   $5,000,000 USD – No Maximum

Minimum Financing Amount for Asset Based loans: $2,000,000 USD – No Maximum

No Minimum EBITDA or revenue requirements for platform add-ons

Geographic Focus – Global (Some locations are on a case-by-case basis)

  • Commercial Real Estate:    Fee structure is tailored specifically to the projects complexity and financing requirements.

  • All-inclusive with no hourly fee cost structure, including;
  • Review all documentation relevant to helping secure financing for the project.

    • Locating Investors and Lenders interested in providing financing for the project.
