The reason we have introduced our consulting services primarily to address:

• Clients that want to discuss the financing of their project in general terms prior to making a decision on whether or not to move forward with a formal engagement with SFN.
• Clients who have projects where the financing required is too small for SFN’s financing services.
• Clients that cannot take on the initial cost of a formal engagement with SFN to secure their financing but need some general advice on how they should proceed.
• Clients who have the capability to find or have already identified potential Investors and/or Lenders for their business/project or real estate and need some general advice or feedback.

Basic Consulting Parameters:

• We provide senior investment banking–level advisory services to founders, executives, and management teams seeking growth capital, working capital, acquisition financing, or structured funding solutions.
• All services are delivered directly by a senior consultant and are billed on an hourly basis unless otherwise noted.
• We will not be discussing specific investors who might have interest in your project.
• We will not prepare material, decks or [presentations for your project unless engaged as per consulting fee schedule.
• We will not recommend or introduce your project to our Investors or Lenders unless client engages us for our full financing services.
• Minimum booking time per session: 1 hour
• Minimum billing increment per session: 1 hour
• Prepayment required on all booking of time and or services as per Consulting Services Fee Schedule.
• All payments are final and non-refundable even if there is remaining unused time.
