Business Financing Strategies is tailored to clients who are not at the stage to our hire our affiliate for complete financing and investment banking services, clients who currently do not meet our affiliates minimum financing size requirements, clients who have access to investors or lenders for their business or project but need help preparing their presentation, or clients who prefer to start the engagement process for their financing with a lower cost step-by-step approach.

Referral Program Highlights:

• Each client you refer to us is registered under your name or company name. Therefore, if your client returns to us for additional services at a later date, we will notify you about the services they requested and you will be compensated for the referral upon completion of the services we provide for the client.

• In order to avoid any conflict of interest, if you are already being paid directly by the client for your services or you have arranged to be paid directly by the client, we would not be able to pay you a referral fee.

• Referral payments will include information including the client's name, the services they ordered and amount paid for these services.

• Zelle will be used to make referral payments to our referral sources located in the USA. Most banks in the USA use Zelle. You will have to sign up for Zelle with your bank and it is usually a free service, but please check with your banking institution. Any of international payments will be made using ACH direct bank to bank or with an international wire transfer.

• Due to third party fees, we will be sending out payments once they reach at least one hundred ($100.00) USD for referral sources located in the USA. Any referral sources located outside of the USA will be paid once the amount reaches at least one hundred and fifty ($150.00) USD.

• Referral payments are made once we complete the service(s) that the client requested.

2. After this form has been submitted, have your client go to “Get Process Started” section of our website (www.businessfinancingstrategies.com/getprocessstarted), and follow each step. This will include the client providing us with the necessary information regarding their company or project, scheduling and payment for the services they request.
