The primary reason for our consulting services is to address the following.
Clients who want to discuss the financing of their project in general terms prior to making a decision on whether or not to move forward with a formal engagement for our complete financing and investment banking services.
Clients who have projects where the financing required is too small to meet the minimum size requirements for our complete financing and investment banking services.
Clients who cannot take on the initial cost of a formal engagement for our complete financing and investment banking services in order to secure their financing, but still need some general advice on how they should proceed.
Clients who have the capability to find or have already identified potential investors and/or lenders for their business/project or real estate and just need some general advice or feedback.
We provide senior investment banking–level advisory services to founders, executives, and management teams seeking growth capital, working capital, acquisition financing, or structured funding solutions.
All services are delivered directly by a senior consultant and are billed on an hourly basis unless otherwise noted.
We will not be discussing specific investors who might have interest in your project.
We will not prepare material, decks, or presentations for your project unless engaged as per the consulting fee schedule.
We will not recommend or introduce your project to our Investors or Lenders unless the client engages us for our full financing services.
Minimum booking time per session: 1 hour
Minimum billing increment per session: 1 hour
Prepayment is required for all bookings of time and or services as per Consulting Services Fee Schedule.
All payments are final and non-refundable even if unused time remains.
Cancellation Policy: Scheduled conference calls or video calls must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will be charged a one hundred and fifty ($150.00 USD) cancellation fee.

(1) - The introductory conference call will give you the opportunity to introduce your business, your financing needs and discuss BFS consulting services. Consulting services will not involve us introducing client or client’s project to any of our investors.
- If interested, in proceeding further with our consulting services, please click the link above to schedule a call or order a service.
(2) - Minimum one (1) hour increment cost per session.
- We will provide feedback on your business and/or project via a conference or video call.
- We will not be reviewing any documentation.

After we complete our review, this service will include a one (1) hour telephone conference call to discuss your investor Pitch Deck / Presentation.
This service does not include any graphic design work for the completed presentation.
(5) Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: You agree that a scheduled conference call or video call must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will be charged a one hundred and fifty ($150.00) USD cancellation fee. You can reschedule a conference or video call if done at least 48 hours in advance without incurring this additional fee.
(6) Conference Calls: If you are not located in the USA, we will try and provide you a local dial-in number for your country. If we cannot provide a local number for your country, message and data rates may apply.
(7) Video Calls: We will be using Google Meet for video calls.
